Agenda
- Introduction; Do you use Twitter and/or Yammer for internal communication? Would you like to?
- For what type of messages is microblogging most fit?
- Should there be a microblogging policy? And what should be in it?
- What could be the dangers or issues of having microblogging internalised in the organization's communication?
- Can successes be measured? What could be metrics?
- Should there me some kind of moderation to improve either flow or moderate content?

Hi Luis (and others) I'm sorry I can't attend today's session as it looks quite interesting. As for "what types of messages", I wrote a series of blog posts that provide a few examples of some of the more common uses. I hope you find them helpful: http://www.socialtext.com/blog/2010/04/enterprise-microblogging-particip...
Looking forward to the discussion on this. Seems like IT and corporate security policies are way behind on adapting to new(er) tech like microblogging, other than to try to stop it out of fear of the unknown.
