What is the right balance in KM work between promoting use of hard evidence and sharing of experiential knowledge? How can these be combined effectively? How to overcome resistance to use of knowledge that is not research/evidence based?
This is driven by fact that in some organizations all the emphasis seems to be on "evidence" with little recognition of the value of experience.
